The Mu Rho Slack Bot is an interactive AI assistant integrated into the fraternity’s Slack workspace, designed to streamline communication and administrative tasks. It provides quick access to essential chapter resources, such as meeting attendance, event schedules, and budget links, while also responding to casual interactions with jokes, facts, and greetings. The bot ensures accountability by tracking credits, missed meetings, and rituals, and even sends birthday messages. Additionally, it includes profanity detection and special commands for leadership roles, such as updating rosters and calendars. While the bot relies on accurate data input, its ongoing development by the Tech Cohort aims to enhance functionality and usability, making fraternity management more efficient and engaging.
